After the product is shipped, the following conditions are not included in the scope of warranty services:

- If the user does not use and maintain the battery normally, and the storage time exceeds the maximum storage safety period of 3 months (the whole vehicle is plugged in for more than one month, and the initial power is less than 50% and more than 3 months when stored separately), it is not charged in time. , the battery feed undervoltage cannot be repaired.
- The electric vehicle parts are damaged by the user’s use of non-original accessories or the circuit and circuit configuration are modified without authorization.
- Product failure or damage caused by human factors such as collision, falling, overloading, speeding, etc. during driving.
Poor unpacking or missing
A detailed list (including frame number, motor number, description of the defect, and attached photos or videos of the defect) should be provided when reporting poor unpacking or missing items.
Verified by our company, we will arrange stocking and delivery within 30 working days if the quality assurance conditions are met (urgent items will be arranged within 7 working days); The parts process is normally collected, stocked, and shipped.
Major batch problem handling
Quality problems provide a detailed list of problems (including frame number, motor number, use time, mileage, description of fault phenomenon, number of faults, etc.).
If a market recall, replacement or maintenance service is required, our company actively takes countermeasures and organizes market risk assessment internally:
1) The spare parts are arranged by the customer for maintenance and inspection and replacement;
2) Organize recall and replacement activities when necessary;
3) Send someone to the market for maintenance. Parts and shipping costs are borne by New Dynamics.
Management of accessories
Our company requires suppliers to provide a certain amount of maintenance parts according to market conditions, and to ensure a minimum safety stock. Service parts need to be ordered from our company’s regular channels or designated channels. If our company finds that the repair parts are products of other manufacturers’ brands, our company has the right to issue a warning and the car does not enjoy the warranty agreement.
For the quality-improved parts provided by New Power Company free of charge, the dealer must replace them as required and return the replacement tracking records.
- Distributors are obliged to assist our company in investigating questionable quality information.
- This policy is valid for 3 years after the end of the supply and marketing relationship, and it will be invalid if it expires.
- This warranty policy takes effect automatically from the date of the order, and can also be implemented as one of the annexes to the business contract.
